What information we collect
When you submit a contact enquiry, we collect your name, email address and any message you submit.
When you submit your email to join our mailing list we collection and store the information you have provided.
What we do with your information
We receive notification of your mailing list subscription, and/or enquiry and use the details you have provided to respond to you.
Your email, enquiry and contact details are stored on the web platform’s messaging inbox and a copy is sent via email to the data controller of the Centre for Effective Innovation in Agriculture (CEIA, see address details above) to action/respond to you. This may involve sending your enquiry to another member of our CEIA team if most appropriate to help you with your enquiry.
How we store your information
Your information will be stored on the web platform’s message service for 5 years unless removed sooner during regular deleting of records that have either been resolved or are no longer required. This deletion review will occur every 12 months at the latest.
Your enquiry and data that are forwarded to email recipients for action will be stored on secure university email servers held in the UK. These email services have a regular archiving process every 6 months.
All further correspondence between you and the responder will also be stored unless no longer required and is deleted.
